Stephanie Hudson is a criminal defense attorney with over 20 years of experience.
And when your life and liberty are on the line, experience matters.
Stephanie began her legal career in 1998 as an intern with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. She was then hired in Collin County, where she worked as a felony prosecutor until 2001.
She began practicing criminal defense at the beginning of 2001, working for another attorney for six months, and then starting her own firm. Stephanie's criminal defense practice is limited to Collin and Dallas Counties. The reason she has chosen to practice almost exclusively in these two counties is because it enables her to have a good working relationship with the people who will be making decisions about your case. It also means that she is extremely familiar with the prosecutors and judges in each of the courts in which she practices, which benefits you when you're trying to decide how to best proceed with your case.
Stephanie has served as the President of the Collin County Young Lawyers Association, President of the Collin County Defense Lawyers Association, is a member of the State Bar College, Dallas County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Collin County Defense Lawyers Association, and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 lawyers in Texas.
